One of the things I'm most proud of related to our purpose-driven work is our Breaking Down Barriers to Employment initiative. It's a perfect example of how using your business to do some good in the world really works for the company too... Our employees, there's a story behind each of them and it doesn't necessarily sound like my story. Every one of them is facing their own unique barriers, and if Frontier Co-op can help address or break those down, we should.
